Let imaginations run wild with a bucket of LEGO! Children and their families are invited to create and play for an hour of fun. Finished creations will be displayed in the library for the rest of the week.

Join us for an hour of socialization and enrichment for children up to 2 years old.  Snacks, stories, songs, activities, and crafts.

Learn and play popular Trading Card Games like Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Disney Lorcana, Munchkin and more! Decks will be provided, or bring your own and challenge other trainers, duelists, and players!

Join us for our official first meeting of GCPL’S Silent Book Club! SBC’s are nationally recognized book clubs designed to take the pressure off reading, while still maintaining the feeling of a club.

Learn the basics of the guitar and begin your musical journey. Learn the parts of the guitar, how to care for the instrument, and of course how to play. Best for beginners or as a refresher for those who haven’t played in a while.

Popcorn and drinks offered. 

Fake insect, mounting board, glue & paint- you’ll get everything you need to create your own faux insect taxidermy.

Celebrate Frodo and Bilbo’s birthdays with a Lord of the Rings themed quest. Fill your belly with a hobbit feast of fruits, veggies, cheeses and breads.

Kick off spooky season with a classic story performed by marionettes with Stevens Puppets. Stay after the show to learn some more about the marionettes.
